Fermentation in steel tanks. Aged for 3 months on fine lees and then a further 3 months in the bottle.

Mouth
Citrussy freshness and the sapidity of the sea speak of the land around Lake Garda, a splash of the Mediterranean in the middle of the mountains. Persistent and deep, this wine entrances and wins over the drinker.
