Using only Trebbiano grapes, with fermentation and aging both in steel tanks.

Appearance

Bright straw yellow

Sweet notes of pineapple and spicy notes of white pepper merge with the slightly sulphurous minerality of the terroir, with a balsamic, Mediterranean finish of thyme.

Mouth

Softness and sapidity are accompanied by a pleasant, citrus-dominated freshness – a stunning combination of qualities for this versatile wine that’s equally good served cold or at room temperature.
