How it’s made

Fermented in steel tanks, then aged in cherrywood barrels for 4 months.

Appearance

Deep, brilliant ruby red.

Nose

Intense aromas of red and black berries are enveloped by spicier notes of liquorice and black pepper, together composing a great overture to a very complex and structured wine.

Mouth

Enveloping, decisive, with great structure and excellent tannicity and persistence. The perfect accompaniment to classic Italian dishes on special occasions.
