Metodo Classico

How it’s made

Traditional method. Fermented in steel tanks, followed by disgorging and aging in the bottle.

Appearance

Bright straw yellow; plentiful, fine bubbles

Nose

Intense fruity aromas of Golden Delicious apples and Kaiser pears evolve into delicate jasmine flowers and notes reminiscent of hay. The bouquet is full, fragrant, enticing and very complex.

Mouth

The Brutti Traditional Method Brut is full and juicy, like biting into a crisp piece of fruit. Pleasantly sapid and persistent, with a strong impact, it’s a refreshing brut that always surprises and never gets boring.
