L'Anfora d'el Mino

How it’s made

Fermentation and ageing in amphora.

Look

Golden with amber reflections.

Nose

Aromatic notes of white flowers, very fruity with hints of pear, yellow-fleshed peach, grapefruit and balsamic notes of honey candy. Intense and refined on the nose.

Palate

Full-bodied and well-balanced on the palate. Fresh, with good balance and softness. Versatile and approachable in style, ideal as an aperitif or with first courses such as asparagus or leek risotto, as well as more flavourful dishes like Venetian sweet-and-sour sardines.
