Ruby red, bright and vibrant.

Nose

The aromatic profile move from mineral and savoury nuances typical of Sangiovese wine to the spicy notes characteristic of Valpolicella wine. Floral aromas of geranium, together with hints of undergrowth and gingerbread, complete the boquet.

Palate

Fresh on the palate with a fine tannic structure. Mildly intense, with a pleasant finish, excellent with game birds such as pigeon, or cured pork specialities like italian coppa.
