Metodo Classico

How it’s made

Traditional method. Fermented in steel tanks, followed by disgorging and aging in the bottle.

Appearance

Pearly straw yellow typical of this variety. Plentiful, fine bubbles.

Nose

An explosion of aromas of bread crust and croissants, violets and forest fruits; spicier notes of pepper and liquorice and delicate hints of hazelnuts and toasted almonds.

Mouth

A wine that gives the drinker a deeply satisfying experience; soft and mature. The word we like to use is ‘sumptuous’, and it certainly never fails to impress.
