Metodo Classico

How it’s made

Traditional method. Fermented in steel tanks, followed by disgorging and aging in the bottle.

Appearance

Onion-skin pink; plentiful, fine bubbles

Nose

Juicy aromas of plums and forest fruits precede piquant notes of liquorice and wild violets, which then give way to a surprising finish of sage and pink grapefruit.

Mouth

Citrussy, fresh and sapid, this rosé reveals its big personality and strong character from the first sip. Intense and persistent, but not without some natural softness.
